17 countries

The MoU area covers 17 Range States in Central and Eastern Europe including Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Ukraine. In addition, Italy, Serbia and Montenegro, as well as the Russian Federation was invited to join to the MoU at the 1st Meeting of the Signatory States. An up-to-date list of actual MoU Signatories can be found in the Agreement Summary Sheet.
